The Burlington Free Press is reporting that “another $590,130 is being sought by American Civil Liberties Union lawyers who represented the Vermont Libertarian Party and other parties” in the Randall versus Sorrell campaign finance lawsuit.

The Americans for Prosperity Foundation’s nationwide Ending Earmarks Express bus tour, fresh off an inaugural swing that garnered national attention by visiting the sites of egregious earmarks in six states, will kick off its second leg on Monday, May 15, and visit eight more states next week. Hardy Machia will speak at the Americans for Prosperity Foundation will make a stop at the Burlington Firehouse Center for the Visual Arts which received almost $1 million in earmarks at 2:30 on May 18.
